i had an awesome birthday! i made a couple of new friends, went to a nudie bar... i've never seen anything like it!! LOL

had sprinkles cupcakes delivered to me at work from my BFF.

spam hot dogs!?

this is my friend nik. i've known him for roughly nine years, he's one of my oldest friends in sacramento.

today while we were having the most ridiculous time at the target in west sacramento, trying to find their last zebra snuggie, he told me spam made hot dogs!



after he heard spam made hot dogs, he called their corporate office and asked where they sold spam hot dogs in sacramento. they told him they were only available at costco and safeway markets. since then, he's gone to every costco and in the area and has not been able to find them!!

i'm curious now, i'm gonna go on a search in LA. lol... anyone know where i could get these?

ghetto club in sacramento

hmmm.. the highlight of my night?? some tall breezy elbowed me in the face by accident when she got excited about some ghetto song that came on. i said, "oh god..." and she responded, "sorry, I just LOVE this song!!" lol greatttt... will post pics later. :)

Up In The Air was such a goooooooooood movie! Not some fake happy ending movie, just a good dose of humanity and reality. They totally deserve to win 6 golden globes. :)

Brittany Murphy died early Sunday morning after she went into full cardiac arrest and could not be revived. Murphy starred in such films as "Clueless", "8 Mile" and "Don't Say a Word". She was 32.

larchmont village

I went to the Beauty Supply store today in Larchmont Village... I had to replace my hair products that were stolen from me... HMPH! Anyway, while I was there I stopped by Crumbs Bake Shop to get a little piece of heaven. :)

White Hot Chocolate (cupcake of the month) and a soy chai tea latte. I'm a sweets fanatic and by far these are the best cupcakes I've had in Los Angeles.

Bumble and Bumble thief on the loose!

Last night I went out with my friends to Salute Wine Bar...




I thought to myself... I'll go out for a couple of hours, have a good time then call it a night. So, I have a cute little time there and I'm getting tired so I think it's time for me to leave. As I'm walking down the WET stairs to leave, I slip and fall!! Luckily, I caught myself on the bars otherwise it definitely would've been a freak accident. I just bruised my knee a little bit, whew!

Totally embarrassed I get into my car and drive home. I'm at home getting ready for bed and I think to myself, wow what a horrible ending to my night... I don't think it can get any worse. So off I go to dreamland... sleeping away...

While I'm away at dreamland, my roommate has a friend over. Friend brings another friend that's a girl. Friend that's a girl has to use the bathroom, so of course my roommate can't say, "no."

In the bathroom I have Bumble and Bumble products... Pretty expensive to keep my hair looking the way it does...

I use Styling Lotion $23




Then a mixture of Brilliantine $20 and Sumotech $24





Then to finish it off, I use Surf Spray... $22



I wake up this morning, and I'm getting ready for work... Shower, spray my hair with Styling Lotion, blow dry... Next step...

Next step... WAIT! Where's my hair product?? Friend that's a girl that was over last night while I was sleeping STOLE my Brilliantine, Sumotech and Surf Spray. WTH! What a low life...

I guess falling down some stairs wasn't enough... Someone had to go and steal my Bumble and Bumble too. There's a thief on the loose!

it's cold... and cold some more

it's been pretty cold the last week in LA. because i've had the last two days off, today was my monday at work. and what happens? it's raining. a rainy day on melrose is NEVER fun. and to top it off, we don't have a heater! hopefully big boss lady will bring me a space heater or else i'll die in the form of an ice cube. :)

i can't wait to figure out what's next for me... as fun as it is, i can't wait to get the hell off of melrose.
