i know i said i was supposed to have internet last week but it didn't happen because, guess what?? there was no telephone line to hook up for the DSL. just fabulous... my loft is crap. so i haven't been able to blog as much as i'd like. but my roommate Ane says that the neighbors are letting us use their wifi until we get our line hooked up, so hopefully that'll happen soon.

i'm in san diego right now vegin' out at my cousins place which is actually in santee. did you know that santee is one of the meth lab capitols of the world?? this is one hick of a town i tell ya... as i walked down the street to the main street to get me some coffee, almost every house i walked by had a huge truck or a trailer or both. there are still some "clan" people who live here. you know... white superiority.

anyway, calix is gonna take me in to town where the normal people are and we're gonna grub on some greasy and meaty pan pizza. she says it's supposed to be amazing... i'll be the judge of that!

nothing to wear

and only have a boys closet to choose from? spent the night at my friends' place and didn't want to drive home to get ready for work this morning. so he pulls out this shirt, that we actually carry at the store by sunday rocks, just in different colors. so i put it on, rolled up the sleeves put a little belt on it and it looks effin hawt! so ladies... if you're ever in the same predicament you can just do what i do. <3

i can't wait to have internet at the loft. it's been pretty rough having to go to coffee shops. it's so inconvenient. hopefully the time warner guy gives me the OK this week to get internet at the loft, or else i'm gonna go crazy!

anywho, last night i get to the loft and i totally forgot that Ané was having his monthly event there, Autimatico. I would say it was a success. Pretty much a full house. :) Hopefully I'll get pics from his camera soon so I can post them. For a Spanish event, the music is pretty darn good, I can't deny my love for Electro Pop... even if it's in Spanish. I hope the next one will be a bigger success. I had lots of fun and hope that more of my friends can join next time. I did have a friend from NYC, Marc Spaulding, that was in town stop by. He's doing the musical version of dreamgirls in costa mesa. Soooo, on my next day off, friday, I'm gonna go see it. I can't wait! I don't think I've actually ever been to a musical. I guess there's a first for everything.

I've been trying to expose the more artistic side of myself. I've been working on some graphics for my work's website and i've been writing poems here and there... when i like one enough i'll post it up. i need feedback! i'm really thankful of all the people that have supported me and continue to support me in all my endeavors. i can live my life motivating myself, but knowing that other people care make such a big difference.
