this group/band from melbourne, australia is amazing... inspired by 70's funk, jazz and soul... their music is definitely candy to my ears! i tried looking for videos but i couldn't find any. their album launches march 27th so hopefully it will be available on itunes or in american stores. you can hear their music on myspace.com/electricempiremusic

fashion designer lee "alexander" mcqueen was found dead, apparently after committing suicide, in his london home today. :(

everyone has their own struggles and demons to deal with. but, growing up in a poor family and raising oneself is not an easy thing to do. no one should be pitied but it should be acknowledged if someone is strong enough to grow and persevere through their hardships. if someone can't take the time to notice that... they are not worth your time.
